Dear Comrade Jerry Ehiwarior,

Warm greetings to you.

I am immensely delighted to extend my heartfelt congratulations on your impressive victory and swearing-in as the Chairman of Ika South Local Government Council. As the Branch Chairman of the Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU) at the University of Delta, Agbor, it brings me great pride to celebrate this significant achievement with you. Your journey has been a remarkable testament to dedication, competence, and unwavering service to our community.
